Brilliant textbook for children and adults alike. The Islamic civilization was a golden age for humanity. This book covers over a thousand years of economic, scientific and medical advancements during this era. Vivid colours and illustrations are used to show a range of inventions and discoveries. Whilst vast majority of Europe was plunged in the 'dark ages' the Muslim civilization was flourishing. This part of history is seriously neglected in European education, which is a shame because it was through Islamic Spain (Al Andalusia) that the discoveries and inventions were translated and kicked off the enlightenment era in Europe.

Excellent book with so many interesting facts which is best for any kids to learn things and it's great for parents or any ages. We loved it. Reading it with my kids every day. It has picture for reference and kids finds it more entertaining. Any parents from any future should get this book which had full of knowledge.
