This is good for kids?

I guess it would depend on the age of the children. But I don’t why they wouldn’t work for children over the age of 5 or 6. The ear plugs have have very soft flaps that get progressively larger. You or they would just need to be careful with how far they are inserted into the ear canal because theirs are so short.

Do the plugs contain any latex?

Are these rated to be used in an indoor range?

That’s where I use mine although when I wear mine I also use the best electronic ear muffs available. When I was in a lane next to a guy shooting a .556 wearing both left me wanting. It was no different when I used foam plugs but these are a lot easier to insert into my ears. I only have 1 set of ears. Hope this helps.

Effective and comfortable.

Effective, stays in place, no expanding then falling out, and very comfortable. Best I ever had. I’ve paid more for others that were not nearly as effective. My opinion is that this is an excellent product and a super value.
