Surprisingly good headphones for a very low price
I needed a set of headphones these are small and comfortable and the sound quality is better than I expected, I am surprised how they actually sound in the past I have had JVC products before and these have also lived up to the quality I expect from the brand, so good in fact I will buy another set as a spare just in case.

Good limited headphones
I got this product for listening to podcasts and audio books. Comfortable for a train journey and good for YouTube and other voice centred use.But music wise it's a no.

No-Frills - But Great for Running
Bought these as a replacement for my running headphones. Really, you aren't going to get a full high def audio experience at this price but it's not really necessary for running, buy others if you want low or high end fidelity. What they provide is a comfortable fit, they don't fall out like the silicone buds on other earphones and don't overheat my head.

Zero Bass - true tin can and string technology in the 21st century
You'd have thought a company like JVC could would make a cheap wired headphone that could rival ones that cost a quid from the market - or even the free ones you get on a plane. Nope. Tinny sound and music sounds like it's coming through a string via a pair of tin cans. Maybe a slight exaggeration but the sound quality was terrible. I can't see how this is getting good reviews or even reviews above 3 stars at best. Even listening to FiveLive sounded awful and they don't play music. I think it's telling the refund option told me to keep them and not return them. They'll be tying up the sunflowers next year.Incidentally I picked up a pair of Iris Ancestor ones from Amazon.com while I was in Chicago last week and the bass and sound reproduction for $7 is excellent on them.
