I can NOT use Spirulina because of it's high content of manganese and living in an area that is already high in manganese. Chlorella is jam packed with nearly all the nutrients I need. I bought this after being diagnosed with high cholesterol because I read Chlorella could help. I have noticed I have a good amount of stool that I release 2-3 times a day and it is a dark green color. The awesome thing about the stool is that it has no odor. Usually I have to turn the fan on afterwards but with the Chlorella, I don’t need to because it is odorless. I Also notice that I no longer have shortness off breath when going up the stairs or doing minor things. For years now I have been getting shortness of breathe for just about anything that requires movement. As for my cholesterol, I go see my doc in 3 months to get tested again. I will update you all when I get my results. Even if it doesn’t help reduce my cholesterol, I am still thrilled with how I have benefited from this product.

Update 12/2019: i do like this supplement now. I do feel more energetic when i take it. And keeps my bowels on point. I have only been taking this for a week, don't see much of difference. Only thing I notice is my bowls are in motion every morning; I take this at lunch time.

This really reduces (and honestly mostly eliminates) body odor. I don’t know why or how this works. But I read that chlorella has this effect. I bought these capsules and noticed this is absolutely true. I barely need deodorant. Give it 2 to 4 weeks to work.

Seems like a really good quality brand. Easy to take, no unpleasant side effects. It literally cleared my acne up on my face. My skin looks and feels amazing. Great detox of toxins supplement.

I did a lot of research before my purchase because there are so many things to be careful of when purchasing chlorella, in my opinion. I wanted to make sure I was buying chlorella pyrenoidosa and not chlorella vulgaris. Some companies are using the latter (which is why they can sell it so cheap), but chlorella pyrenoidosa is the one you want for the most benefit. Do your homework before buying chlorella. This brand is good and passed all of my product comparisons. I can rest at night knowing I bought the right stuff.
