Part came apart after second start up
Installed in a 25hp xd and all the ears on it broke off on the second start and stopped pumping water.

Item was not what was showing in picture I didn't get all the pieces that it showed in the picture and they are the ones I needed

I will use genuine mercury parts next time.
The o-ring was to large in diameter and circumference.

Does not fit 1989 15HP Mercury outboard
The kit looks like the quality is OK, but it did not fit my '89 Mercury 15HP. When I got around to installing it, I was outside the return window.
