Initial impressions of these earbuds are pretty positive. I own a couple other JBL portable Bluetooth speakers and I absolutely love them. Honestly I didn't expect skull rattling bass or insane top tier quality sound wise for the price, as I got these for a budget friendly portable solution. I can say straight up for what they are I'm thoroughly impressed all around. They're quite comfortable and the case isn't a big lump, and overall feels solidly made. A key thing to remember is the app really is a must. Aside from configuring the gestures and other features, the equalizer is really needed. The stock EQ is rather flat and can lead to underwhelming results. Some minor tweaking and the sound is quite enjoyable with clear and clean minds and highs and warm bass with a respectable amount of punch. The active noise cancelation seems reasonable as I can't even ear my TV at reasonable volumes when in the same room. The pass through does have a bit off hiss when you have no other audio really playing in the background, but for me personally that's not a big deal as if I'm going to be talking any amount I'd be taking them out, or using a different headset for long phone conversations (I did really buy these mostly for music listening mind you so if they do perform well in calls that's just a bonus). All in all for the money I paid I'm pretty pleased. After a week or so I'll update with anything new. Considering this is the first set of Bluetooth earbuds like this I have bought, I would highly recommend these as a good budget friendly pair.

I've been through a few earbuds over the years, and for me a long single charge is important (I tend to take ridiculously long walks on the weekends). These buds give me 6 hours+, no worries - but even better than that, they have the best fit I've ever experienced. Besides the standard small, medium, large eartips that are always included, JBL goes one step further with an additional bit of rubber/silicone that rests in the ridge of the outer ears, making for a supremely snug fit that keeps the damn things securely IN your ears! Got a larger than usual ear? They include a larger ridge that you can use. This ridge really should become a standard feature in ALL in-ear buds. Sound quality is what you'd expect from a company that's been making headphones and speakers for decades now.

I was looking for a good quality pair of earbuds to use for home and work. Stumbled upon these and I read in a review somewhere that they worked for adults with smaller ears. Unfortunately these do not work for my ears. I can only wear them for about an hour or two before they start hurting. Have already found another pair made by Jabra (elite 7) that fit my small ears much more comfortably. Comparing the iPhone app between the two brands also brought me to the realization that Jabra has the better earbuds. JBL app has no equalizer presets, so you have to set your own. I don’t have time for that.

Dissatisfied with this product. I’ve purchased them three times and each time they have stopped working within one year. I will never purchase these again.

First ever ear buds i got and I do not regret it amazing noise canceling is great charging is fast and has so many features such as wireless charging the individual ear buds charge to battery life is long only down side is they can be less loud than expected but overall we'll rounded and great.

I bought these 1 1/2 years ago and waited on purpose to review because how reliable is an immediate or one month review of a product. Love the sound quality, size and comfort. Love the find my earbud feature which I have had to use when it fell out trail running. The app is easy enough to use. Ear buds have great features of touch control, skip, volume, phone, siri control, pause, blue tooth well, great range, fast charge even on the go, smart audio and video control adjustments, and convenient case size. Noise cancelling is meh but I didn't buy them for that and they are ear buds so what do you expect. I mostly have confidence of them staying in my ears when running, they can and have slipped and most of the time I can feel the warning they are getting looser. Here's the downside I had. The right ear bud tends to not seat well or something into the case and I have gotten spotty charging sometimes it does fine and others not. I keep the buds clean I feel like the 3 charging pins on the side must not connect well or something because more often the right bud just doesn't charge. I have also had the right one just quit out on me while using, thank goodness the left keeps working just fine and they can be used one at a time anyway so I can still use and listen to music etc. However I'd prefer to use the Right bud so that I can easier hear traffic and bikers or runners coming up behind me on the left side. I was hoping to give these a full 5 star review as they started off fine but over time this is what my experience has been.

I really like the JBL Live Free NC+ earphones. They're wireless and block out noise, which is cool. You don't have any wires, so it's easy to move around. The sound is good, and they cancel out annoying sounds around you. I can connect them to my phone without any problems. They're comfy in my ears, and I can use them for a long time without them bothering me. I like that they're small, and I can carry them easily. Overall, they're great earphones!

Product is average for it's usage I. I was expecting a better sound quality on the low end spectrum. It expresses the highs quite nicely, but the low is almost non existent if the song is busy on the top end. Also, you cannot turn these headphones or the case off. The LED stays on, until they die, then rinse repeat. This can be quite inconvenient if you are in a hurry, or forgot to charge up before you leave the house. Due to the problem of you not being able to turn them off, you find yourself plugging on the case and charging them 3-4 times a day, which is pretty ridiculous for a product you pay 150$ for.

Not wrking after 2month

Vor fünf Jahren das erste Mal bestellt und immer zufrieden gewesen bis die ersten verloren gingen, daraufhin habe ich erneut welche bestellt und sie hielten diesmal zwei Jahre, leider sind sie zu oft gefallen und können nicht mehr gemeinsam verbunden werden, immer nur eine Seite die funktioniert und auch verbindet. In der letzten Woche habe ich neue bestellt, ausgepackt und vollgeladen, verbunden und innerhalb weniger Minuten war der linke Kopfhörer Akku bereits auf 0%. Rückerstattet und erneut gekauft, diesmal hat der linke nach einer Minute nur noch 3/4 seines Akkus jedoch gibt der rechte keinen Ton aus und konnte sich nach erstmaligen verbinden nicht mehr verbinden, und auch Gesten sind nicht möglich. Support bei JBL wird angefragt, bin schwer enttäuscht, zumal sie diesmal günstig zu bekommen waren aber sonst bei ca 100€ liegen. Daher echt am zweifeln, war immer begeistert von den Kopfhörern JBL Live Free NC+
