How to replace battery

On the bottom of the transmitter next to where you attach it to a key ring there is a curved groove. Place the end of a blunt knife or flat screwdriver in it and twist. The bottom will pop off giving you access to the battery. It will been a CR2032.

Is it easy to programm to my garage door

Yes - surprisingly! The instructions are quite complicated because they cover multiple devices, but once I realised that it was straightforward to follow the instructions and it worked first time.

Why such difficult to understand instructions?

I phoned up the company who supplied my garage door for help in pairing the new handset and their instructions were so easy to understand that I had it sorted in no time. I couldn’t get anywhere with the Marantec instructions. Once paired it’s great. Delivered on time and exactly as described. Very pleased with this product.
