Not Navy
Decent quality. Good for what I wanted it for (I added it under the sheer with lace layer of the bride's dress). But a little more teal than navy and not as dark at the darkest part as I would have liked. Luckily, the bride is ok with the color.

Great purchase
I bought this for my wedding arch and have not taken it out of the package as I dont want it ruined but the colors and texture are beautiful. It arrived nicely packaged and earlier then it said. I can not wait to see this up with the flowers.
