I purchased this and it's now muddy. How can I wash it? Is it machine washable?

You wash it off with water. It's not meant to be placed in the washing machine.

How can you put a chain and lock on the bike with this cover on?

There's a grommet hole in the bottom of the cover, so you can pull a chain through that. You can also lock the frame and pull the cover over top --it won't pull all the way down but close enough.

What is the warranty period and what does it cover

100% Money back, life time guarentee. I chose not to buy again and get something heavier to withstand my short drives to the beach/mountains and know it will not be damaged. Cover is water proof it did keep my bikes dry during an unexpected down pour. That I would give a 5 star.

Já tive uma outra capa que se desfez em poucos dias de uso e não vedava por completo, essa é muito boa, do tamanho correto para um mtb 29.

The size.

I ordered 2 of the same size. One for my Mountain Bike and the other for my Road Bike. Fits well for the Mountain Bike but a wee big for the Road. Nonetheless, they serve their purpose well shielding from rain and sun for my both bikes.

Well, it hasn't ripped after a week, can be a little fiddly to put on, catching the pedals etc, a little bit of care required or you will rip it if you yank at it. The only downside is the bike lock rings are at the front wheel, I'd prefer it at the back tbh
