Agaro, a very good flosser and great after sales service
I first purchased a water flosser from another brand, but unfortunately it didn't work straight out of the box. Since it was non-refundable, I had to write it off as a bad experience. I then bought an Agaro Water Flosser, and the difference was remarkable. It performed exactly as promised, removing food particles trapped between my teeth that toothpicks, dental floss, and even brushing could not reach effectively. Over time, my dental problems reduced significantly, my gum health improved, and my visits to the dentist became virtually nonexistent. Unfortunately, after some time, the battery stopped charging for reasons unknown, and the unit eventually became unusable. I contacted Agaro's customer support, and a very helpful representative named Mona Lisa promptly assisted me. Without any unnecessary hassle, she arranged for a replacement. That experience cemented my confidence in the brand. In fact, I purchased a second Agaro flosser and gifted it to my daughter, who has inherited my dental challenges. Based on both the product's effectiveness and the excellent customer service, I am happy to recommend Agaro.

Good product at affordable price.
The product is good and very easy to use and worked fine for about more than a year, after that it started facing battery charging issue as it was not holding charge. However, AGARO addressed the problem and provided prompt replacement at nominal charge. In this regard their representative Ms Riya provided all help and arranged replacement very efficiently. I am highly satisfied with their professionalism in providing after sales services.

Excellent product and customer support
I have bought this product in Jan 2026 and it was working fine. I was satisfied with it. Then one fine day it stopped working completely. Then comes the most important part after sales customer service. And I must complement Agaro customer service is top notch. And I got the replaced product without any hassle after sharing all the details of fauly one. Keep up the good work team Agaro 👍

Working fine
The flosser is working fine, but customer care is difficult to reach. I called on the customer care number continuously for 3 days. Finally on 3rd day was able to connect to an agent. Once connected to the agent, then the reply was quick.
