How to use the grain mill ?

Thank you very much for your interest in our grain mill, here are the notes for operation： 1. Must be used on a stable plane to prevent the machine from tilting and danger 2. This grain grinder can only be turned on after the lid is fully buckled. 3. Please check whether the switch is adjusted to "O" or "OFF" before use 4. Do not open the lid during work to avoid danger 5. Hold the machine by hand while working, because the power of the machine rotating at high speed may make the machine move ！！！We also provide a step-by-step instructional video on safe use for your reference (Search " LEJIEYIN 150g grain mill " on Youtube to check it) ***Materials with HIGH OIL CONTENT like peanuts, walnuts are not suggested to be ground as they may stick to the blades when grinding. can i use it to grind nutmeg?

Although I've never used it for that, I think it's possible. To be safe (remember that the nutmeg is very hard) I would recommend breaking it beforehand so that it is in small pieces and thus not having any unforeseen events during grinding.

Can i grind wheat berrys for flour?

Yes you can, that was the main reason this particular grain grinder is what I bought, the box stinks, so get it out of the house as soon as you open it, rinse the grinder, and use a couple of times the smell will go away. I suggest putting your wheat berries in the freezer for a hour before grinding, the longer you grind the finer the powder will be.
