Works 100% better than the Foodi original!
I purchased a Ninja Foodi about a week ago. I have put it through almost every cycle on the machine to test its capabilities. The only issue was with the steam relief stem. The stem wobbled on the relief valve pipe.. During pressure build up the stem leaked constantly. Once the Ninja Foodi reached pressure I had to move the stem around to find the location that would let out the least amount of steam. This was dangerous because I had to use my hand to tilt and move the stem into just the right location. I knew this wasn’t the way it was supposed to work because I have used pressure cookers for years both electric and stovetop. I was going to return the Ninja Foodi but I really like the possibilities it has. I found this stem ordered it and it arrived the next day. I immediately put water in the Ninja Foodi and brought it up to pressure. No leaks. No hissing. No wobbling. Closed easily and opened easily. The stem is better than the original! I just ordered a second stem as a spare because the Ninja Foodi pressure cooker is useless without it.
