Why do I need K2 with my Vitamin D3?

Vitamin D3 increases calcium absorption. Without K2, that calcium may not reach your bones as effectively. K2 (MK7) directs calcium to your bones and teeth. The two work as a system, not independently.

What does MCT Oil do in this formula?
