Definity Dakota M/T (90000004226)

Had a set of wranglers. Did not want to spend the high dollars for those again, (overrated) Saw these Definitys, thought what the heck! Go for it! GLAD I DID. OUTPERFORMS THE "G.Y. W's" in Snow AaaESPECIALLY! My driveway is about a mile long, in a place called "Blue Canyon, Ca". No county plows. Some of the most intense snowfall in Cal. First year in 6 years, I have not had to winch myself out (so far, on a 97 Expedition/w/lockers). I can't say enough good about these new tires. Especially at this price point!

Wrong size

My '05 Wrangler had a brand new set of these Dakotas when I bought it. Size is 245/75R16. I've got roughly 15,000 miles on them now and the tread is about half gone. They're pretty quiet for a mud tire, they balance well, handle well on dry pavement, and they do a great job of clawing through thick mud. If you air down they do fairly well in deep sand. My only complaint is that they get REALLY squirrelly in the rain. Maybe that's the slick Florida asphalt, I don't know but they have less traction than expected on wet roads. Overall, a really good tire for a weekend warrior or mild trail rig.
