Round Bowl Vessel Washbasin Tempered Frosted Glass Sink Brass Faucet set "Lightning Deal" Promotions

Update: I bought a similar glass vessel sink from a local big box store. It did not come with a faucet but it did have great instructions and much more robust mounting method for the bowl. I also bought a name brand vessel sink faucet and it too had very detailed instructions which include how to service it. Also both items came with very good warranties. Don't waste your money on this product and go visit your local big box hardware store. You'll pay more but you will get a better product and easier install experience.this is a nice looking setup and is why I bought it. I like the uniqueness of the faucet. However, the instructions provided (one 5X7 page with pictures and no text) are totally useless. I got to the point of the install where you hook up the hot and cold water lines, after mounting the bowl, and this is where I decided enough is enough dealing with this piece of crap.Here is a list of issues I had when I went to install this unit:- No instructions on how to secure the bowl to the counter top. No apparent means of securing it. Is it supposed to be glued or what?- Installed the water supply lines to the faucet and ran a test for leaks before installing. Sure enough it leaked, tried tightening and no good. I took them back off and found the two o-rings on each supply line that are supposed to seal the connection to the faucet had disintegrated!! Like they were made out of putty.- There is a plate with an o-ring that goes on top and on the bottom, this is attached (by some unknown method) to the counter top and then the bowl goes over it. The o- rings do not fit in the grooves provided. I could stretch them to fit in but they just popped out as the groove is not deep enough to hold them. There is no way to get them to stay in place to mount the bowl.- The faucet supply line fittings are not marked for hot and cold. After some trial and error I figured out which is hot or cold but the connections are opposite the position of the faucet handle. You would expect the fitting on the left would match moving the handle to the left and it is the opposite.- I looked over the faucet to see how to replace the cartridge or fix it if in the future it starts leaking from wear. There is no instructions and disassembly is not apparent at all.I decided to uninstall this junk and send it back for a refund. I just don't trust the quality after what I encountered. I would strongly recommend not buying this item until the manufacturer supplies more detailed mounting instructions, provides a sturdy bowl mounting method and improves the quality of the o-ring seals.
