My west is 32 inch, size i bought medium and its lose. If i reached 31 it will be useless. I shouldโve got small

Velcro Waistband
This waistband is a great choice if you've got a longer torso & looking for something comfortable. I found that I'm allergic to the material. Sad I couldn't enjoy it fully but wonderful support from the seller. They were quick with responses and gave me a full refund even though the return window close. 10/10

My Truth on this Product
This is a very good shaper but it does roll up, which I kind of expected as I have a higher butt than most people and have yet to find a shaper that does not roll up. As far as being a far burner, I have been able to get rid of some stomach fat but it does tend to bunch up in the back and roll down in the from.

only worn the product less than ten times and it has split/torn at the right front seam. I will contact seller to see if I can return for a new one.
