No way to plug it in
Came without a way to plug it in… Appeared as if the cord has been cleanly cut. Bought as a gift and still works with batteries but very inconvenient as batteries will not last all 24/7 for a clock such as this and will need replacing frequently. Very disappointed. Still looks cute though.

If you order from Canada, be prepared to pay about ~20$ in import fees.
I just received my package, it's delivered as promissed, but I will be giving it to my daughter only at Christmas. However, I was very surprised to get a Import Fee of about 20$ when receiving the package. Seeing as the item itself is already somewhat expensive, having to pay another 20$ import fees when it's not indicated anywhere on Amazon was really annoying. This generic clock is not worth over 100$ canadian.

Not functional
Very cute, but not functional. Difficult to set time and alarm. No way to turn alarms off that I found. It does not come with a power cord and the batteries die within a few days. The radio option is great. My son loves the look, but it mostly takes up space rather than being useful as an alarm clock.
