Good for pain/pressure i highly recommend

Great! Once on, you don't feel the pain (just don't move around too much!). Seems to help and since using it (twice a week) I seemed to have an improved sleep... not sure of the dynamics, but there you go!

I don't know how it works. But it works. This thing has given me better sleep than I've had for years. It is quite literally actual magic.

Good quality matt pillow and ball
This is very good value for money, I wasn't sure how I'd get on with it, but it quickly became comfortable and already my back is feeling relieved after just two minutes. I will build up my time on it gradually. But so far, happy with the results.
