On arrival my son assembled it, said very straight forward .Have this in my bedroom beside my bed. I am disabled and spend a lot of time in bed, reading ,listening to music, which after a while becomes very uncomfortable even after changing position and adjusting the pillows !! Brainwave-- purchase a chair!! Liked the look of this one, and for me not at all expensive. Was a trifle dubious as to whether it would be sturdy enough having a " put together " metal frame to it ,but yes it is!! I can lounge back in it, it has lovely soft padding, it is a really good size, supportive but almost " luxurious" to relax in. It is a good height plenty of room to move about in and get comfy(I am 6 feet tall and 17 stone). Over the moon with this purchase, EXCELLENT value for money. VERY HAPPY.

I can't remember what I was looking for when I found this chair, but I'm glad I bought it. Having had to buy a new sofa for the first time in twenty-odd years and been shocked by the price, I gave up on the matching armchair because it cost almost as much as the sofa. Then I saw this one plus the footstool. Reviewers who've raved about it are absolutely right; it's fantastic, especially for the price. Frankly, if it only lasts a year, I'll buy a new one annually and consider it a good deal. It's easily the most comfortable chair I've ever used. My spine is a trainwreck (neck injury, spine injury, slipped disc) and settling into this chair is bliss. It feels like it's wrapped itself around you and your body's fully supported. Pros: * very quick and easy to assemble * lovely velvet fabric * plenty of padding * feels solid and secure when you sit down – on carpet, it doesn't move despite being lightweight * the arms are high enough to rest your elbows comfortably and take the strain off your shoulders * high back and headrest fully supports your neck * perfect comfort with the footstool (which is easy to move when you're sitting down, so no struggling to shift it to stand up) * bargain price * looks good Cons: time will tell. I love it. You can't go wrong with it. Get the footstool too.

I have only sat in it occasionally so far, so how long it will last when I used it more often later time will tell. But I am really impressed with it. Assembly was very easy. It is surprisingly stable. And it is very comfy. I feel it is good quality and good value for the price. And the size is perfect for me.

Really comfortable chair I have fallen asleep in it many times. After six months the sewn seems started to rip that hold the fabric up on the frame but I've put up with it until this week the metal leg suddenly fatigued and snapped without warning. I have put a lot of weight on recently but I don't weigh more than 250lbs (I don't actually know so am very much overestimating to be generous somewhere between 200-250lbs though) The product says 500lb weight limit and to be fair I do tend to plonk down sometimes...you know when your knackered and out of breath and so this probably stressed the materials causing them to fail? So yes very comfy chair but not suitable for heavier people as an everyday chair.

I brought two of these chairs for our summer house. Whilst I consider them to be overpriced (£80 would seem a fairer price tag for what you get - essentially a couple of steel tubes and a padded cushion seat), that said the chairs are easy to assemble and very comfortable, and work well for their intended use. In terms of assembly the tubular legs are connected by a steel bar which simply slots in to hold the legs together and the cushioned fabric seat is easily fitted around the legs. It takes one person no more than five minutes to read the simple instructions and assemble. They could also be quickly disassembled if needed. The legs have rubber feet to avoid scraping your flooring. The chair itself feels sturdy once assembled (I can vouch to their holding at least 16 stone in weight!) and is plush and beautifully padded - sitting in it is like sinking into comfort. As the chairs are used in the summer house they have not had heavy wear and tear, so I can't comment on their long term durability. I would not suggest these would be your best choice if you are looking to purchase as the main lounge chairs for your house, as they do not have the solidity of construction or support of an arm chair. But for use in a summer house, or in a kids bedroom etc. they work well. I would certainly recommend them for comfort, for the use I have put them to.

It’s a really good chair very comfortable. The criticism I have is of the assembling instructions which don’t make it clear how you hold the legs of the chair in with the straps took me ages to work this out. I’m not the best handyman in the world., But it wasn’t clear from the instructions about this. Anyway, the chair is really good and I’m happy with it.

Es ist ein tollen Produkt. Da wir etwas älter und der engl. Sprache nicht mächtig sind, wäre es sinnvoll für die deutschsprechenden Kunden auch eine deutsche Aufbauhilfe beizulegen. Wenn man es dann einmal versteht, ist der Aufbau nicht schwer.

Regalo a mia mamma che ci vive sopra in quanto invalida. Molto leggera ma anche molto robusta. Comoda da spostare e avvolgente. Ci sta sopra 12 ore al giorno e si trova benissimo. Consigliatissima

COMMENTAIRE APRÈS 2 MOIS D'UTILISATION QUOTIDIENNE Correspondent exactement à la photo. Très simples à monter. Très confortables pour moi,1m64, 65kg. Mon fils 1m85, 75kg n'est pas bien installé lui. Des pieds un peu plus épais seraient plus esthétiques. Le velours est doux,brillant. Pas de problème de couture ou autre. Ce velours ne retient pas trop les poils d'animaux si on les brosse un peu chaque jour, entretien facile. Moi je les adore pour leur confort. Je ne sens toujours pas les barres métalliques après 2 mois. Je suis bien calée aussi bien pour lire, utiliser une tablette ou regarder la tv. C'est très relax comme position. Un peu moins bien pour un apéro entre amis car ils sont profonds. Après il faut poser la question à des personnes plus grandes et plus lourdes. Légers et donc très faciles à déplacer. Un peu chers quand même, un prix pour 1 lot de 2 serait appréciable. Je recommande.
