Book in based in New Zealand, which is refreshing and a change to America.The ending had finished with sufficient suspense that I can't wait for the next book.Yes, some parts a slightly predictable but not enough to make the story boring.A good read for those lazy days and a solid way to start Cole's story.I would recommend it.

Good read with a unique New Zealand touch
Reading this book brought back many memories of NZ as an expat. It was an enjoyable read that successfully incorporates the kiwi culture and language. Looking forward to the next one.

Fantastic. A 'must read'.
This was a fantastic tale along the lines of Lee Childs 'Jack Reacher' but with some excellent laugh out loud one liners and an intelligent, bullet fast story. It is a must read.

Great story with suitably great twist at the end. It was a little slow to get started, but once it did I couldn't put it down.

Sunstrike develops and moves with pace and excitment. Worth a read...
Great read. Started off and I thought it was going to be a 'run of the mill' thriller but it moves and develops into much more.Helps that it is set in the city where I live so it was easy to visualize the environment.

Enjoyed the book. Was a refreshing change to the normally US or UK based action novels. Recommend to anyone that likes a McNab or similar style
