The guards are made of good quality material. Don't feel like cheap plastic quality. The medium ones I got fit perfectly on my kid who's 7.5 yrs old. However I don't think they would fit properly after 10 or older. The product says that its good for 9-15yr olds which is doubtful. The straps may get too close to the edge of the velcro to hold it in position. Other than that, no complaints so far. Does the job. The kid has had some nasty falls while ice skating and these guards protects the joints.

Looks like picture. Great fit and spares well made. There is an elastic fabric at back, along with Velcro straps, that really helps pads stay in place- which is super important for ice skating!! Several other parents have commented on fit and look and I refer them regularly to this product. My son chose the color and loves the look. Several of good friends like the look too🥰

Bought two pairs in different colors for my kids. Protective gear can definitely be a bit uncomfortable. Both kiddos enjoy wearing them and don’t complain about any discomfort. They also enjoy how each pad protects them while riding electric scooters, skating, or riding their bikes
