These are very large but hopefully that means they have a lot of good stuff in them to keep me healthy.

My go to vitamin!
If you do not do well with swallowing pills, this is not the one for you. However, I love taking these. I have noticed a difference in my overall mood and energy after taking these. I take one right in the morning after breakfast (you NEED to eat with this, if you don't you will feel sick).
