Neighbour has a true melnor sprinkler, I purchased this thinking it was the same one that he has (it works amazing), but it is a knock off. It still works great, but it's not a real one, so don't expect to get their warranty on it.

Works great. I love that you can adjust the spray width and how far it can oscillate. If only my husband would actually use the very simple adjustments to avoid watering the driveway and sidewalk. It was a good effort by all though.

Bigger pattern than my last oscillating sprinkler plus ability to easily adjust the spray pattern width. Pattern length can also be easily adjusted without worrying about timing the water shutdown to allow positioning the tubular center head for adjustment. You simply shut the water off then rotate the spray tube to where you need to and then set your spray length tabs as desired. Excellent price and versatility. Buy without fear.

There is simply no way this product covers 4,500 sq feet. At best, I get a 20 x 20 coverage so 400 to 500 sq feet.

Bought this to replace my existing sprinkler. My current sprinkler can spray water about 30 feet in each direction. For some reason, this sprinkler can barely spray water 15 feet in each direction.I tested both sprinklers with the same hose and within 10 minutes of each other.Will be returning the sprinkler.
