This machine is so powerful and well made. Both myself and my wife use it and it is sensational. I have experienced hand problems from a previous business and the hand massager gives total relief. My wife has arthritis in her fingers & 15 minutes on the hand massager her hands are pain free without the use of medication. Awesome machine

Die ersten 3 Tage hat das Gerät super funktioniert. Am 4 Tag fing das Gesamte Display an zu leuchten und schaltete sich von alleine ab. Dan lief es wieder. Dieser Fehler hörte nicht auf aufzutreten. Der Fehler kam immer wieder. Zweitens, leider gibt es keinen Deutschen Ansprechpartner, an dem Ich mich direkt anwenden konnte. Die Bedienungsanleitung leider nur auf English. Für einen Internationalen Artikel, leider schwach. Ich werde den Artikel zurücksenden. Nichtsdestotrotz glaube ich das es ein Super Artikel ist, werde es mir nochmal bestellen und testen. Der Preis ist etwas zu hoch. Wenn du den Artikel direkt über den Hersteller bestellt, ist er viel Günstiger, deswegen ist der Preis bei Amazon Deutschland überteuert. Amazon US in Dollar gerechnet, für die Hälfte des Preises...usw...

When I purchased this product it was fantastic. However come 2 months later it became faulty, as it kept stopping after a couple of minutes of each massage. It has taken me close to 2 months of phone calls to Amazon to sort this issue out as this item became faulty over the 30 day return policy date. As I explained to Amazon I understand the 30 day return policy but its faulty and its not a cheap product $300.00. This back and forth calls and emails between Amazon, seller and I to get this item replaced or returned refunded was not a good experience. Glad i did not give up. I finally got to return it for a full refund and also got a full refund of the expensive postage cost of $68 back to the seller whom is over seas.

Well, I didn’t have the chance to use it much because it stopped working after 4 days! I sent it back to amazon 2 weeks ago, it cost me $65 for delivery and I am still waiting for a refund. Product and customer service 👎
