Just the tiniest bit of soap. Use Luke warm water. I have also learned a trick using a small lint roller to remove any excess from your stamper. Or to remove any left over after you've stamped.

Can I use regular polish as a base and clear top coat?

Yes, you can wear regular polish with a clear coat.

What is the difference between Biutee stamping polish bottles and tubes?

Same thing but with a tube you squirt out the amount needed instead of a nail polish brush.

Do you have ti use stamping polish or us any gel polish ok??

Stamping polish works fine. You will need a gel base coat, your solid color first then do the stamping with stamping polish. Other polish will not work well or pick up the stamp.
