Perfect value for money.
It was a fantastic product. Now I am writing this review after three years of use. It is still working ( retaining cold temperature inside) very well. Very useful for travel (up to 24 hrs). It is made from China, no great technology, donโt know why it canโt be made in India. However you can make it yourself (DIY) buy a good quality steel thermos and make an ice pack yourself which can be adjusted within with two pens. Remember, opening of thermos must be wide enough.

Definitely worth buying !
I bought this cooler in time for summer to make sure my sons insulin pens stay cool in this heat. I live in Texas, and have gone to theme parks, hiking, parks, etc in 90 degree weather and this cooler has stayed cold the whole time even continuing onto the next day. Itโs nice and fits perfectly in my sons diabetic backpack.

Want something that will keep your insulin cold for a long time? It won't disappoint!
This is a review after having this for over six months. I have had this for my pregnancy since I got diabetes a little before pregnancy. It was well worth it! It lasts about two days cold. I was able to go on a few trips without worrying about if my insulin would stay cold. Here's a few tips I want to answer some of these past reviews that had some issues. Here's their solutions: First, don't take the thermometer out of the plastic container it's in. It will break (that's a given since it's in a metal like container). It measures the temperature well in the plastic container it's in. Second, the blue gel pack that goes inside, if you happen to go over the 8 hours in the freezer, it'll expand. Don't freak out, let it unthaw until it isn't expanded. It'll go back to it's original size. Third, when you freeze the gel pack and you're ready to put it in the metal container for a trip or errand, make sure to let the gel pack stay out for about five minutes so the condensation is released and wiped afterwards. If not, there will be condensation inside of the container. Also make sure to put your insulin pens in the bag it comes in. It gives it a buffer zone, so it doesn't get too cold and freezes. Fourth, I had two type of insulin pens: Novolin and Novolog. If you take the thermometer out, both will fit perfectly. It got to the point where I didn't need the thermometer, because I didn't go on very lengthy trips. Now if I was going cross country, then I would use it. Lastly, make sure you use the stickers that are recommended with it. It has an easy set up QR code that anyone can scan incase you accidentally lose your insulin container. Once scanned, it'll have your name and phone number, so the person that found it can contact you. Very nifty! I give this company five stars all around. This company was very thoughtful in the process of keeping insulin cold. It's stressful having to make sure they are cold, because not everywhere has a refrigerator to keep them cold and most ice packs don't last past three to four hours cold. This helps when you need to do several errands and don't want to keep going back and forth home to take insulin. Thank you so much for making the process of having my insulin cold for a longer period of time!๐๐ค๐

Best thing I have found to keep my eye drops cold
I am someone who deals with sever dry eye and have an issue with the glands in my eyes. Part of my regiment is to use autologous eye drops that do not have any preservatives in them so they must be kept cold at all times. I was never able to travel with them before i found this and now i can travel with them everywhere and they are always cold when i take them out. It worked great for the fact that i also travel for work and if i cannot get a hotel with a refrigerator then i know i am alright for a long plane ride or a night before i can refreeze. I highly recommend this item!
