My new *must have*
I must say... this is amazing!!! These do not need to be refrigerated, it'll probably ruin them. These can be eaten as is right out of the package - I heat mine on low, makes them crispy. When you heat these up you have a limited time to roll it up. I heat these in a (big enough) pan on the lowest stovetop setting for just seconds. You'll notice the wrap turn brown, that's a good thing, then flip it on the other side for a few seconds. You'll have about 10 seconds from the moment you take it out of the pan. I set aside everything I'm putting inside (my veggies are already cut and prepared). My veggies are literally stacked, ready to get rolled up in the wrap. Anything wet (like cucumbers, tomatoes, fruits, etc) will make the wrap soggy, a little like sushi. When you cook it, it gets crispy like a taquitos or chimichangas. Makes for a great wrap cooked and as is. I've also purchased the cinnamon coconut wraps... speechless. I cooked fresh strawberries with monk fruit for the filling, cooked the cinnamon wrap for the crunch then topped it off with almond whipped cream. Yum! Either way, these are amazing and I highly recommend for those with gluten intolerances. These are just as diverse as tortillas, get creative with coconut curries or use it to curb your sweet tooth. These arrived on time as stated. There weren't any ripped/broken pieces - these are very flexible like warm tortillas. Do NOT refrigerate after opening - it says that on each package. Again, I'd highly recommend this to anyone and everyone. Enjoy!

Amazingly yummy but take some learning to use in meals
These are amazing tasting just don't expect them to hold up with wet or warm food in them. If you do add say hot ground beef only do so when you are ready to instantly eat...I add my toppings on top of a large leaf of romaine then add ground beef and eat that way...but for being just pure coconut and no allergies these are a blessing. They also taste good as a snack and with fruit and yogurt inside! Highly recommend my kids also love them!

Don’t waste your money
I rarely write reviews but just don’t want people to waste their money. I’m on a Whole30 diet and thought I’d try these. They taste & have the consistency of a piece of paper. Save the calories & eat paper. There are better wrap options.

and they were great for sandwich's and other savory dishes
The reviews were very positive; many said the coconut flavor was slight, and they were great for sandwich's and other savory dishes... That's why I tried them... Ugh. Don't believe everything you read! The texture was firm and crunchy with an overpowering coconut flavor. Of course if that's what you want then this product is phenomenal. From the reviews I expected a low carb alternative to be used like a sandwich wrap. I wanted to give it one star, but since it is a coconut wrap, and it tasted like a coconut, I couldn't fault the flavor, it certainly tasted like it, but the texture was nothing like any wrap I've ever had.

A nice break from having to make your own paleo wraps
I just tried these wraps and they are delicious. There is a slight coconutty and sweet flavor. They also smell slightly of coconut. I made 2 tacos and they were quite satisfying. The first wrap I browned too much but still used as a flat base of torn pieces for my taco filling - like nachos. The brown base was crisp and not limp. The 2nd wrap I watched more carefully and used a lower flame to warm it up and did not brown it. It was easier to make an envelope for the taco - burrito style. I will work on overcoming the coconut/sweet flavor by brushing/dusting wraps with chili, cumin or garlic powder for savory dishes. I would imagine that this would make wonderful pastry wraps. In fact, I will try that for dessert: browned base pieces topped with melted chocolate, pecan or macadamia nut pieces and some whipped cream with stevia. Will let you know how it turns out. Once I have worked with these more, if they are as versatile as I think they can be will increase the rating.

I LOVE THESE. This is my second 50-pack.
I'm a huge fan. NUCO should pay me for writing this review. Seriously! I've been telling my friends and family about these coconut wraps for months. I gave up wheat and bread as part of a lifestyle change/switch to a more plant-based diet for health reasons. After trying for weeks to find coconut wraps at local stores in NC, I finally found the smaller packs of NUCO at the Wegman's in Raleigh. However, I burned through those small packs in about 3 days, so I flipped to the 50-count pack. They are incredibly versatile. Sometimes I toast them - they become crisp very quickly so watch them carefully if you do this. When toasted, it is like a large, thin wafer. Untoasted, these have a slightly tender texture, and a mild slightly sweet flavor. I mostly eat it with za'atar, but I've also used it to make veggie wraps, smeared them with almond butter, snacked on them plain. One day I brought a package of these on a train ride and just devoured them as my snack. It's satisfying and filling.

Meh.
I would probably give these one star but my use case/test is just one singular thing, but I won't be trying them again (at least this size). My use case was to replace tortillas. My test was making a breakfast burrito, which I do most weekends. Just one egg, slice of cheddar, 2 little sausage patties and some spicy chili sauce wrapped up. The consistency is a little weird, exactly like Fruit Roll-Ups I ate when I was a kid. Pros: - They are low carb, in an absolute sense, but not really, relative to other (cheaper) options. - Kudos for trying something different. Cons: - One can get larger tortillas for the same or slightly more carbs, resulting in fewer carbs-per-inch and allowing for more food inside the wrap. I had to use two wraps to contain the same amount of guts for my breakfast, so I effectively had almost twice the carbs for the same breakfast. - Fragile. One ripped as I was trying to take them out of the package. - Dumbest packaging ever. The wraps are separated by parchment paper-like sheets. However, it's just one long sheet that's folded (Z-shaped, like a road map), and the wraps are in between the folds. To remove one sheet, you have to find the right fold and reach in and grab an edge and pull. They stick, to the parchment, which makes this a perilous endeavor. I ended up taking them all out. Since I had to use two, and ate some of one to taste it on its own, I just threw everything out after one meal. - Too small. I wish there was a larger size available but I haven't been able to find one. - They do melt. This wasn't a problem for me since I ate it fairly quickly, but it was already starting to on the bottom after about a minute (with half a fried egg on it). - Relatively expensive as a tortilla replacement. - Seems like a large amount of saturated fat in each wrap. - Weird taste for my purpose but that's too subjective to matter really. On its own, it's almost flavorless to me.

Excellent flavor and very convenient!
These were absolutely delicious! I used it to make a wrap sandwich of roast beef, salami, cheese, mayo, tomatoes, and onions. It was as good as eating my sub on bread. I am on Keto and needed something to give me that satisfying feeling of eating a sandwich and this did the trick! It does have a distinct coconut flavor, but it worked well with my sandwich. I've not tried the other brand that others say have less of a coconut flavor, but to me, these were excellent. I love coconut whether it is in sweet or savory, and it was great. I highly recommend these if you are trying to eat low carb. Yes, they are expensive, but if I've got to give up bread, then its worth the price to keep me in ketosis. Try these, you won't be disappointed.
