Perfect for cheesecake
I was looking for a pan that would leave me cheesecake with nice edges. This pan works perfect. The cheesecakes slide out nicely leaving the edges smooth. I don’t know if there is an easier way to slide out. I use my fingers to lift the bottom.

Perfect for making baked KETO cheese snacks
It's nice and shallow and the sections are the perfect size for making baked cheese and pepperoni KETO snacks. After watching tons of KETO snack videos on Tik Tok I decided to take the plunge and try some of them, but I didn't have a pan to make them with. I ordered this one it's been perfect. I just fill each muffin top area with grated cheese and pepperoni rounds and then bake them about 15 minutes. Because of the size of the sections the cheese melts out flat and it's easy to remove and fold the snacks. When they cool they are crispy on the edges, chewy in the middle and taste just like the top of a pizza! The pan is easy to clean too. I'm very happy with this purchase.
