A great water bottle - five stars I've been very happy with this water bottle. I love having a glass bottle that is easy to clean and doesn't impart an odd taste to my water like plastic or steel bottles can. And it is easy to clean in the dishwasher - just not the bamboo lid! I've really liked the markings on the side, reminding me to drink and keep up with my water intake. It also has a handy cord for carrying it around. The slim size means that it fits in the cupholder in the car, unlike some of the larger water bottles. Just remember - it is glass. It will shatter if dropped and is breakable. The plastic covering can absorb some of the shock if you bump it against a surface or tip is over. But if you want a glass water bottle that provides motivation to drink throughout the day, this is a great choice.

I’ve been using this 32oz glass water bottle for a few weeks now, and it’s become my go-to for staying hydrated throughout the day. The size is perfect, large enough that I’m not constantly refilling it, but not so bulky that it’s awkward to carry around. What I really appreciate is the glass construction. I like everything about this bottle! I also like everything about the company that makes these bottles! The bottle itself is easy to hold, has a cap that easily twists in place and does not leak. The motivational words and times printed on the bottle help me attain my goal of drinking 64 oz of water a day. It’s quite pleasing to drink from this glass bottle, and I find that I drink so much more water from glass than from plastic. The price is quite reasonable for the quality of the product! I will be ordering more! Now, why I love this company! I bought this bottle specifically to take it with me to Bora Bora on an extended vacation. I had only owned the bottle for about a week when I dropped it getting out of my car with too many items in my arms, and it broke upon hitting the concrete. I was so upset, however, I immediately ordered a replacement which I received in several days. Somehow with my first order, I had overlooked the flier in the box stating that this company would replace a bottle accidentally broken within the first ninety days of ownership. I emailed them and told them what had happened to my first bottle, and not only did they reply within a few hours, but, offered to replace my first bottle promptly! The email was very professional, but, personal, and I was compelled to leave a review here on Amazon about the bottle itself and also about my experience with customer service! Please give this bottle a chance, along with this company! You won’t be disappointed! This is my third time buying this bottle. I don’t think I’ll buy it again. The good is that they are really nice looking bottles. I like the bamboo lid. The plastic on the outside seems to add to gripping ability and I like the colours. The bad is that they break easily. It seems. My son broke one and it was so quick I don’t even know how he did that! We weren’t outside, we were literally sitting on the couch and it just tipped over and that was that. They do offer to send you one free of charge it breaks, but I forgot that so I guess that’s a good thing on them if they actually do it. I ordered it again though because I thought that I had a winner here at the time. Another bad thing is that with repeated washing, the motivational sections and the levels that are etched within the glass? They’re starting to fade. A lot. Apparently, the etching and the colour was not meant to always be there. I’ve only washed my bottle twice, and it’s already going. I really need that for my own motivation so to see that go after just two washes is kind of disheartening. Also the cleaner that they are very graciously give you is simply not long enough at all. So I like the bottles and will keep what I’ve got, but I don’t think I’d move forward because I need to know that it’s gonna stick around both in actual existence and the writing that’s on it. I’m not entirely convinced that they’re built to last.

I love the color choices (I got the pretty blue), the style, the bamboo lid, and the super helpful reminder marks along the outside of the bottle. It really helps me stay on target and drink more water! The Borosilicate glass is super sturdy, so I'm not worried about it breaking. It is large, which makes it great for walking or taking to work. The rope handle at the top makes it easy to drink on the go. It also comes with a great bottle cleaner, which works really well.

I just received my order of 10 bottles. I haven't used them yet, but wanted to share that on the card which comes with them, there's a replacement offer. If the bottle is broken within the first 90 days of owning it, will be replaced for free. Someone else who purchased said he broke his bottle the first day he used it, he could have gotten a free replacement. Same offer for the lid if it gets mildew or cracks. My guess is he didn't know? I may update my review after some time and I've used them. I bought these with the hope that I won't need to worry about spontaneous breakage as a result of the glass expanding and contracting from temperature changes. I get cold spring water and especially during summer, the glass will then be exposed to heat. I've had a couple of regular glass water bottles break because of this, not a nice surprise. The silicone sleeves and strap on lids are nice as well, to reduce the risk of dropping. 7-9-2021 - someone else wrote that the cleaning sponge they received isn't long enough. The cleaning sponges I received can be extended. Press the white oval toward handle end and pull the sponge end until white oval pops into the other cutout. 12-8-2021 update - DANGEROUS...out of the 10 bottles I ordered, I know that 3 have broken. More could have and I just can't see where. These are NOT safe bottles. The sleeve prevents seeing cracks/breaks on much of the bottle. I was drinking water from a broken bottle. I contacted the company 3 days ago explaining the situation, that I'm not comfortable using any of them since they could be broken and can't tell. No reply. I know my order was from July, but companies should stand by their products. At least 3 out of 10 visibly broken, that's not a good statistic. Would give zero stars if possible. Pics show all bottles, different break patterns. The one that looks darker blue is the one I was drinking out of not knowing it was broken around all the bottom edge, can't see it at all because of the sleeve on outside. Have to look from inside.

Decent size, love the rubber grip sleeve,and I appreciate the loop on the cap for easy carrying. I may purchase another one in a different color

I am very impressed with these water bottles. They are all glass and the glass is quite thick. I have dropped the bottle on the ground many times and the only thing that has broken has been the bamboo lid. The design is nice with the thinness of the bottle with the silicone cover. I find it easy it to use and the 32 OZ capacity is nice. I like that the lid has a little rope on it for functionality for holding the water bottle. It keeps the water cool for a decent amount of time. I have three of these water bottles because they are so durable. I really love them. They are the only water bottles I use!!
