Norpro 3917 Nonstick Mini Cheesecake Pan

This pan works great for baking miniature cheesecakes! It’s very easy to release the cakes after baking, and they’re the perfect size for individual portions.

I ordered two of these mini cheesecake pans and made two double batches of mini pumpkin cheesecakes for a teacher appreciation luncheon. I had read a lot of reviews for similar pans as well as the silicone ones. I'm so glad I went with these! I felt that spending a bit more for Nordic Ware was worth it and I wasn't wrong. I still gave a spray of non-stick cooking spray before filling, even though these have a non-stick coating. And they just worked perfectly! Interestingly enough though that although both are Nordic Ware and both came in identical boxes, but they were just slightly different. I noticed one was just slightly heavier than the other, and even the metal discs that come with them, one set was just slightly thinner than the other. So I'm guessing the company just slightly altered their manufacturing specs. I even weighed them out on a digital kitchen scale just for kicks, and one set weighs a little more. One of the sets also came with two extra discs, which is nice. But pans worked the same. And the mini cheesecakes slid out so easily. This might be an item that only gets rare use (because I don't often make mini cheesecakes) but it's nice to have a good product when you need it!! One tip I learned, is that to remove the cheesecakes after they've baked and set a bit, you can use a wooden muddler (the kind used for making cocktails) and it's the perfect diameter to push through the hole in the bottom, to push the cheesecakes up out of the pan. It's also ideal to use that muddler to tamp down your crust into the bottom before baking. I can't recommend these pans enough! I do wish it came as a set of two though.

I have yet to use it, but it looks perfect for making muffin size meat pies and removing them from the pan should be a breeze.

As stated exactly what i needed and wanted. And its adorable 🥰All 12 pieces are in there but be careful they can be stuck together and you'll think they didn't give you all of them.

I bought this on a whim and I've found it was definitely money well spent! The pan is solid and heavy - it feels just as sturdy as my professional cake pans. As another reviewer did, I used baking spray (I do with every cake!) and the finished product slid out beautifully without a hint of sticking. The pan cleaned up in moments with a little soapy water and no scrubbing necessary.With a little jam or preserves spread on the indented area and a bit of whipped cream on top, you can make a great dessert very quickly with no hassle at all. Great little pan, and one that will get a lot of use in my kitchen!

They are really good and I recommend them. Easy to clean. The only problem is they didn’t give me all the plates for the bottom. I was missing one. That’s why I give it 4 stars.

We originally ordered two Norpro Mini Cheesecake Pans. They arrived together and one was in perfect condition. The second one had missing removable discs and also had scratches and dents. We returned that one and re-ordered. The second shipment arrived in great shape, but unfortunately was also missing removable discs, so we had to return it. It was disappointing that they couldn't just send out replacement discs, because at this point, we were in a time crunch and there was no guarantee the third shipment wouldn't be missing discs as well. I'm not sure what the problem is, but this product cannot be used without the removable discs. That said, the mini cheesecakes we made in the one we kept turned out great. They were easy to slide up and out, and clean up was also simple.

These bottomless trays are the best! While they are small, they look really elegant for events.
