F.Life Aerial Yoga Hammock kit- Yoga Swing Multicolor 5 yards-Flying Yoga Include Daisy Chain,Carabiner and Pose Guide

This is an excellent product, this is not the first yoga swing I bought from Amazon but it will be the last. For starters, I saw somebody asking a question where they lost the directions to tie the knots I cannot find that question but I posted the directions under the pictures so just zoom in to see exactly how to do it. Now back to my review, The material is soft and it has some give to it I can get into different positions that I normally could not have with the other yoga swing because it was not stretchy, stretchy is not the right word but the material has some give to it. I would recommend to anybody especially those who are into aerial yoga. The colors are nice, and depending on the color you can actually get it cheaper just based on the color which is what I did, As you can see I got the pink hombre to gray and it was significantly cheaper. It comes with the aerial silk and to carabiner’s it also comes with two Daisy chains, which it’s not high enough for me to use the daisychain which you could secure that over a beam such as a 4 x 4 or if you’re at a park you could secure it over a tree branch. This is an excellent addition to anybody’s yoga routine and by far my favorite I love doing yoga this way. It also comes with a carry bag with a tag on it for you to add your name and phone number or address in case it gets mixed up with somebody’s at a class or some thing. If I could give it 10 stars I would, one of the best yoga swings out there for the price. And it is also multi functional if you know what I mean lol. This is perfect. My kids swing and play in it everyday.

This is used as a swing in my house and it's very sturdy and durable with two kids using it daily.

We put this up in a tree in our front yard. My 6, 10, and 12 year old absolutely love it. I, myself love it and enjoy the extra time outdoors it has motivated us to spend. We bring it in sometimes to keep it out of the weather but have left it in the rain and simply ran it through the wash and dryer and it’s perfect. Very durable and a great value. The colors look fantastic and are vivid even after the wash’s

This is our second fabric “swing”. The first one we purchased was from an OT therapy site. That one was incredibly stretchy. This one is not stretchy but it is breathable material. It is also not as shown on the image. It is much more faded. I gave it 4 stars because it is holding up well, the kids love it, I love it. We use it for therapy/adhd/ sensory purposes.

VERY happy with this purchase!! I took a chance on it as I didn’t know the brand, but SO worth it! I typically purchase solid color items, but thought WHAT THE HECK?! The color of this hammock is lovely—as seen for sure. The material is a little less “silky” than I am used to, but as soon as my kitten ran across it, and my heart almost fell out of my butt envisioning the looooong tear she was about to make....that “less silky” thought turned into a BLESSING! No holes or rips or punctures!!!!! It has great stretch, looks great, and I just love it already!

I'm new to the world of aerial yoga and I'm a big woman. So I was worried about choosing my first silk. When this arrived, I really loved the feel and beautiful colors of this silk. I bought the fairy floss and the colors are great. You have to tie your own knots, but it comes with instructions; also watched a few YouTube videos. When I first sat in it I was so afraid because of my weight, but it has been holding me up just fine.

The instructions for hanging this were inadequate. I had to buy hooks to drill into the house beam because I do not have an exposed joist to wrap the daisy chains around it (which is what the instructions indicate). If you don’t have an exposed beam that you can wrap the daisy chains around, you need to buy the “Hammock Hanging Kit” (or something similar) which includes the ceiling hooks, appropriate screws and carabiners. I used the bigger carabiners that came with the hammock and saved the smaller ones that came with the hanging kit. I also did not use the daisy chains because I didn’t have adequate height from ceiling to floor. I wrapped the silk around the carabiners.

I’ve had this only two months and with normal gentle usage, light swinging and cuddling and the material ripped!! It’s so cheap. I’m pretty disappointed because it cost me $124.48 CAD all in and only used it a handful of times and am no longer eligible to return it. PS. I’m 4’11” tall and weigh 100lbs. I would NOT recommend this product. I give the one star to the hanging hardware, it is decent.
