This thing is pretty good, I got one for my grandma after she had a few tumbles. The design is actually really smart and seems like it will do the job. My only slight disappointment is that I thought the padding would be a bit more substantial. Overall though, it seems like a decent purchase for the price. Hopefully it'll keep her safe!

I bought this for an elderly friend of mine who had been suffering from attacks of vertigo and it is tremendous: light weight and easy and comfortable to wear, and reassuring if he falls in his flat on his own. It looks a bit strange out in the street, but at least in the street there are people to help and less things to bash his head on. I didn't know it existed before I looked it up and I am so glad I found it!

My husband needs this to protect his head as he has frequent falls. It does work to a certain extent but often falls off when he falls backwards. I have stitched an elastic chin strap on which has greatly improved it. Simple and cheap

Very comfortable to wear. Kept me from hitting my head, reducing risk of a brain bleed. I would recommend it for clumsy people like me who break bones a lot. Didn't give it 5 stars because it is ugly, but we joked I could have blinged it up if I had had to use it longer. Once I came off the blood thinner injections, it had served its purpose.
