Does this have adapter that fits a jeep 4.7l?

It's come with multiple adapters to fit different size sparkplug. Fits from cars to lawnmowers!

how remove this from motor? when you turn left for removing it can happen that the adapter still is in motor and you have only the tube in hands?

After watching a few videos it seems as long as you thread any adapters and such on very tightly, you can remove the tester without the adapters getting stuck.
