Thiotic acid / alpha lipoic acid is one example and carnitine another (although red meat provides some degree (100mgs for 4oz ) of this nutrient it doesn't provide a meaningful dose for those with acute need and would require an intake in excess of what is recommended for a healthy diet) Starting with those 2 ingredients there is meaningful study to show value in support of sciatic health (see below) We can send you more studies related to other ingredients such as magnesium etc. Clin Drug Investig. 2008;28(8):495-500.
