Ich mache eine LowCarb-Diät und esse zur Zeit abends nicht. Ausser einem Löffel von diesem superleckeren Erdnussmus. Dank den vielen gesunden Fetten, für die der Körper lange braucht um sie aufzuspalten, bekomme ich abends und nachts keinen Hunger und schlafe wie ein Baby^^ Hab einige Hersteller getestet und festgestellt, das KoRo-Erdnussmus ist das beste! Super cremig, nicht zu flüssig und nicht zu fest. Der Geschmack ist einfach Bombe. Ab und zu ertappe ich mich beim Naschen nebenbei, weshalb nun die 1Kg Variante ausprobiert wird.
