Delicious and affordable everyday treat
I follow a low fat plant based diet for health reasons and find myself drinking a lot of soya milk. This cacao is pretty low in sat fat but compromises nothing on flavour and I have 2-3 mugs of it a day - this amounts to less than 20g of powder with around 4g of protein and 7g fibre for just 1g of saturated fat. I'm usually too impatient to blend it with a little liquid so my cacao is a bit lumpy but I don't have a problem with this. It's delicious in cakes and baking or even sprinkled sparingly in a chilli. Fabulous chocolate flavour, I wouldn't even consider buying another brand!

Good. Looks okay depends on what you’re looking for and tastes good with sweetener. Results have to be tested. It’s was a blind buy for me.
