Q: I’m wondering if ours is defective. Every time we try to use it, it moves for only a couple seconds then flashes red and blue? It’s fully charged

Ours only worked for about 20 minutes before the battery died. In the end the lights would start flashing and then everything would move really slow till it would not move at all. I purchase some aftermarket battery 7.2 V @2400mah To replace the 400 mah battery that it came with

The crane comes pretty much assembled when you finally get it out of the box the only part that requires any assembly is the boom tower and that is pretty straight forward , just unfold it and lock it into place just watch your cable line when you do other than putting in the battery that's it hope that helps , personaly I'm going to add a little weight to mine to make it a bit more stable when picking up anything that has any weight to it ,

Q: My battery charged one time and now won’t charge. Can I get a new one?

Yes you can order a new battery thru Amazon just type in huina parts or use the number stenciled on the battery casing , the only thing you need to watch for is the type of connection end that your battery has
