i was hesitant to buy this due to all of the mixed reviews but i am so glad i gave this a shot because it is perfect! its very good quality and i think the sizing chart is pretty accurate. it helped keep my back stable during workouts as well and doesn’t make me feel like i’m suffocating lol overall i would definitely recommend this product!

This is by far the best waist trainer I've ever had. Keeps me flat, toned and waist curved. My waist was a 33 inches before wearing it, now 6 weeks later I'm at a 28 inch waist without it on and 26 inch waist with it on under my clothes

I am just about 5ft 5 and 210 lbs. I ordered the XXL knowing it was going to be TIGHT. I have a pendulous belly after having 4 kids and weight fluctuations. I've been low carb for just over a year and down 50lbs but have more to go and need to look good for our wedding in July. My belly has always been my difficult area so I'm giving this a try. I definitely couldn't put this on by myself but laying down my 11 year old was able to help me yesterday to get it on the first hooks and hubby got it on me today. I do like how I look with it on, however my fat bulged under my bust and on my back yesterday but today I readjusted it and it is much better. I stand taller and am hopeful I will be able to order the next size down in a month. To those whose skin broke out, you may have a latex sensitivity. I wear a thin tanktop under it and while I am warm, I'm really hopeful it's worth it! I'm building up tolerance and did about 1 hour yesterday and so far 3 hrs today and am just about at my limit. The busier I am the longer I can keep it on. Will try to update as time goes on.

According to the size chart i am a 3x, but i ordered an extra large. Unfortunately with the coverage, it was not long enough, either fat was spilling out of the top or bottom. I even put it on the second hook, but the compression really didn't do anything. My waist is 38 inches, and on the first hook my waist measured in at 38 inches, on the second hook it measured in at 37 inches. It made me much more blocky than I am normally, unfortunately it just didnt work.

My natural waist is about 28 inches, but I ordered the small and I'm glad that I did. I'm used to Spanx-like shapewear, but this waist trainer did take a bit of getting used to for the first day---mostly due to having to adjust the way I bend and breathe. I've found that it's actually strengthened my breathing by forcing me to consciously take deeper breaths and, consequently, my singing has improved. After about a week on the loosest setting, I noticed the trainer getting loose enough that it would shift around a bit when I moved, so I moved to the next row of hooks. Now, after a week on the second row, the trainer was getting a little loose again, so I'm on the last row, which is surprising to me. I wasn't honestly looking for serious waist reduction, but wanted the back and posture support along with the feeling of wearing a corset. If I find the trainer getting loose enough to move around too much again, I'll have to order the XS. At first, I was concerned about having a reaction to the latex, so I wore a tank top under the trainer. After a couple of days, I tried wearing it without the top and haven't worn one since. The trainer completely alleviates the pain and muscle stiffness from where my bra crosses over my spine(I used to have a lot of soreness and stiffness) and. The trainer also does a great job of supporting the bust(C cup) and my straps no longer dig into my shoulders. I have had a couple of issues with the trainer pressing my underwire into my sternum, but that's typically solved by shifting things around a bit. Another benefit I didn't expect was the relief it provided for my cramping. I typically lay on my stomach or over a pillow when my cramps are bad because I've found the pressure helps. The waist trainer provided constant pressure over my lower abdomen and really helped with my cramps. The only thing I would really change is the overall shape; I wish the waist was a bit more nipped in and the hips more flared. When the trainer was perfect on my waist, it was typically a little tight on the upper hips and a bit loose at the ribs. However, I recognize that this is a one-size fits all and I may be a bit curvier than the average woman. So, I want to start off by saying I do like this product, it is supportive. It's not, however, a proper waist trainer. Note: I ordered the XL (5'8, 190lb, sz 12-14) I, like many reviewers, loved the fit when I first got it. Felt secure. And got excited that I could easily begin tightening the clips to the tightest one fairly quickly. I've been wearing this one roughly 5 days a week for about a month. The waist has been bunching so I thought I should size down . I ordered a large, and it was way too tight- so I ordered another XL (I'm a size 12-14) hoping to use it with my wedding dress. Here is the comparison of the month old one and the new one. They are the same size and same material outside of color. Even with boning, it does not maintain it's shape.

I am 5‘5“ I weigh about 135 pounds.I did not get this for waste training purposes. I got it for back and hip stability because I’m hyper mobile and this has been the best relief that I have found the moment I get it on me I can feel my body being held together and stabilize just perfectly sizing wasn’t hard. It is a little difficult to get on, but so corsets I was truly amazed at the relief that I found. It feels like a wonderful hug. it’s really sturdy and well-made and well priced for the hay you get. It’s just perfect.

I just got it so I’m not sure about what it will do long term, but it snatches your waist so well and it’s comfortable to wear! I can stretch, sit down, walk, bend down, and more without discomfort. Although, it is on the smaller side so if your measurements are in the middle or the higher side of the measurements they give you, you should size down.

Great quality product, use it to reduce my waist size and helps my lower back pain.

I had tried another brand and style in a small and it was tiny tiny so I exchanged for a medium which was still too small. It was wearable but I felt it was too tight and very uncomfortable. This one is a medium and I just about had to lay down while sucking it in to fasten all of the clips. I am 5 foot 7 inches and 157lbs. I attached pictures of my stomach to give you a better idea. I have never worn a large in anything but I guess these things are made very small lol. I ordered a large which will be delivered in two days so we'll see how that one goes! I still gave a 5 star rating because it is very thick and really good quality, I just picked the wrong size.
