Precise. Nice stowing grab but issue of clamp cover material
Very precise and lovely cover. All is good. Only problem is that the clamp cover is made of plastic that doesnt withstand the heat and thus both of my thermometers have melted from that end but still operating imperfect condition

Great thermometer – perfect for candy making!
Fantastic product! I even purchased one for myself and another for my mother so we could both work on mastering (or conquering!) divinity candy. It works really well, is easy to read, and has helped us make steady progress getting our candy just right. Definitely a great tool if you’re getting into candy making or deep frying.
