I have a r1100 with a visor without the pinlock pins, can i install the pins on the visor and buy just this lens? if so where can i get the pins?

You will need to buy the visor for the r1100 that has the pins. I don't think they sell them separately. Also it would compromise the safety of you visor if your drilling holes in it.

Bought this item, and still dealing with the top of my visor fogging up. Anyone else deal with this?

If any part of the visor is still fogging up then the gasket on the Pinlock lens is not sealing properly in that area. You may have to remove the lens, clean the visor and then reinstall the lens. After doing that go all around the gasket pressing the lens to the visor to ensure a good contact.

Does this fit shield for X14 Shoei helmet?

It will fit if the shield has pin lock mounts.

Will this fit the ls2 rapid crypt?

Highly unlikely. Pinlocks are very precisely sized, so unless, you can find documentation saying it will fit, it probably won't.
