Morita Organic Mirin-Type (Sweet Cooking Rice Seasoning), 16.66 floz

This stuff is pricey but awesome. Most mirin sold in stores is just bottled corn syrup, but this is the real deal. Flavorful and awesome for Japanese dishes. However, it is rather small and if you cook a lot you will go through it quickly.

Excellent use it almost daily to finish glaze steak or vegetables! Awesome like cooking wine sauces! Only mirin that is traditionally made without sugar and colors, organic clean and super tasty!

While not quite as flavourful as the Oshawa brand, it’s also much less expensive! So it’s one star less for flavour, but a solid 4 stars for quality of ingredients and brewing technique.

It’s the best, hands down! I just wish it didn’t take weeks to get here.
