I was gifted this mug for my 2021 retirement and enjoyed it, but accidentally broke it. I reordered it myself - receiving the '2022' version (more in a sec) - but this time around the lettering is a noticeably tilted and too close to the handle. (If you're right handed and looking down at the mug the lettering should be at '6 o'clock' - this is more like 5:30). Guess whoever set up the machine didn't care to do it right. And the 2021/2022? - while the 'About this item' text does say 2022 the primary, headline text for this item still says '2021' as of 2/3/2022. The mug does hold liquid and the packaging is appropriate for gifting so I'm giving it two stars. Returning.

The outer packaging was good and there was an unexpected bonus - the inner box that holds the mug not only had firm cut styrofoam like material, but it’s also a nice little gift box. And there’s an included card and envelope (small, like what’s tucked into the bouquet when you send flowers).The mug itself is a standard coffee mug size and weight (12 oz capacity, I think?) and the graphics are well printed.As for the message, the response I got when I showed it to a coworker (it’s a gift for our retiring boss) was, “I just choked on my lasagna, that’s amazing!”It’s obviously not going to be appropriate for all occasions and settings (we got a second gift that can actually be opened at the office), but for someone who has a particular sense of humor it’s a perfect send off.

We bought this mug for our dog groomer, a very dear friend, who is closing her business unfortunately. She absolutely loved it. This is the best mug we have ever seen! She will definitely remember us every time she uses it! LOL The quality is outstanding and the price too! Very impressed with the packaging. Black/marble box with a bow and gift card. Classy! Love the saying but the mug is very small. I guess that's my fault for not really thinking about how many ounces. For $20.00 its not even printed on both sides and it's not going to be a satisfying cup of coffee. But I needed it in a pinch in one day and I got it so I gave it as a gift. It did come beautifully wrapped.

This mug is not a normal size coffee mug and should cost about half as much as advertised. Doubt it will be used and will most likely decorate a desk or mantle. Otherwise will be a funny retirement gift.

I was very disappointed that the item I received was much smaller than what is pictured and described. Unfortunately it was too late to return it since it was a gift.

This came quickly and was exactly as pictured. It was even packaged in a nice gift box with a card so I just signed it and it was ready to give. My coworkers all thought it was funny, so I am happy with my choice.

Comes in a beautiful gift box with a little card but the cup is a lot smaller than I thought it was going to be.

Do not buy !!! Child sized cup. Horribly disappointed.
