Since I’ve been sleeping on this I have wanted to be outdoors more than normal. When working from home OR just sitting outside on my deck. I have spent more time outside the past month than I probably have since the pandemic hit. I recommend this. I’m hoping to purchase the pillow cases in the near future. Grounding has influenced me to feel as if I am part of something bigger than myself and society. I feel more connected and at peace when I am OUTDOORS than ever before. Almost childlike.

I am 68, and have been having to take sleep aids for several years, to get any sort of decent sleep. My wife and I have been using this mat for several weeks, and I have not taken a single pill since. I dismissed the possibility of a placebo effect after the first few days. Both of us have been sleeping better than we have in years. I also have arthritis in my legs and one shoulder. The pain and stiffness has been greatly reduced. All I can say is, it works. Was quite skeptical about this product, read all the reviews. Before I bought this I was struggling with menopausal hot flashes. It’s now a week and every single night I have used the pad I have slept like a baby. Full 8 hours of deep rested sleep. Or slumber. If there are any health benefits it’s all in the sleep process! It IS EXPENSIVE BUT SO ARE YOU! Sleep is essential for all ailments. Definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs some “grounding”.

Wish I had bought this mat sooner. I have joint problems and after laying on mat, I feel refreshed. At the end of the night my joints are achy, I wake up brand new. Also, when my kids are having a tough day, we lay on the mat for a few minutes and there is a difference in attitude. A must buy!!!
