Mine came without the piece for the rod ball. Contacted support and they sent me a new one from China. I was able to rig something up so I could use it in the meantime. Overall the tool seems well made and not cheap or plastic-y.

I tortured them this weekend and are holding up great! Used them as a vice for rod end installation, no problem and they look Awesome!
