Middle Gray Chignon is what I bought and it is gorgeous and matches my hair exactly. I have mousy brown hair on top with a deeper brown underneath - all of which is graying from the front and edges toward the middle. So, I have a mixture of tones right now and I do not color my hair. I'm wearing this to my son's wedding and I practiced the bun with a decorative comb the other day... beautiful - see the pictures. It is easy to use with a little practice. PRACTICE before the event! My hair is only shoulder length naturally, so I needed one of those netting, "bun donuts" in a medium size to go over my ponytail and under this fake chignon to fill it out. So, get one go those if you need to. They look like sponges or netting with a hole in the middle - just like a donut. I used a taupe one and I also used matching bobby pins. (They also make dark brown and blond ones.) MATCH YOUR HAIR up with all that, so nothing shows. See my pictures. So far, it seems that I do not need hairspray - very secure. Anyway, it's looking great! Highly recommend.

Backstory that I worked at a beauty supply store and matched ballerinas and cheerleaders to hair pieces all through my 20’s. Now that I need them for my daughter, I don’t have a store nearby. The highlighted “ash brown” and highlighted “brown” is a deceiving description. You can see on their sticker the base color is both 10 but the blonde color is different (I could tell the “ash brown” looked like the golden brown in the pictures similar to my daughters but was thrown it was labeled as “ash” so I ended up buying both and will return the one that doesn’t match. Now that I know both base colors are the same I’m returning the more blonde one. The one that’s more blonde is the box color that ends in B (left in the box pic - on the right in the product pic for reference). I wish the brown base came by itself and I tried ordering the coffee to compare but it’s been delayed 3 days. One star removed for color description but the product itself seems to be fine

It looks nice but putting it on is a nightmare. It has two strings to tighten it that I find impossible to use. Maybe if a second person is available?

I needed a hair piece for my daughter who is in dance. The instructor wanted a low bun, my daughter has medium length hair- instead of a bun maker that will pick at their scalp with Bobby pins, I ordered this. The color was perfect and it’s so easy to use that it cut half the time of doing my daughter’s hair for her recital. Will order again few more in the future .

The quality is great but the color is not accurate. They need more options for light blondes with a few low lights.

Worked great with my hair definitely took time finding the right shade but it was very easy to apply and it lasted the whole wedding!

Not recommended for absolutely having thin hair people . It’s comes in very large size . Not like it

Got this for my daughter since she cut her hair close to ballet competition season and we couldn’t get a full bun in, this was amazing! Matched her hair fairly well, looked natural and I came off like a dance mom hero, got so many compliments!

The hair of the bun was loose and all fell out. Didn’t stay like the pictures show. It also appeared not truly black. It had a grey hue to it. Returned item.
