This product is great. I take it before bed and I sleep very well. Especially during very stressful times. I take this with magnesium citrate and I can sleep during times when I have a hard time sleeping. I love that it has a variety of herbs.

This has become a part of my supplement stratagem. I am experiencing great results. I take.one before bed or first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I take L-Arginine a little later, but before breakfast.A tablespoon of moringa powder w/ juice then stretching, light exercise, cardio, etc. With breakfast I have a multi-vitamin and it's ON for the rest of the day. Energy, alertness, concentration, stamina...All acute levels and I am 63 years of age. I am most grateful to The Almighty Creator and Sustainer of the heavens,the earth and all that exist for such good health.We should never take that for granted at any age. I took this one time yesterday, and it made me feel ornery. I'm normally a very chill person, but small things irritated me a lot after I took this. I didn't take it today and feel fine again. I've had the same reaction to taking a maca/goat weed combo before, and this product has maca/goat weed in it. Now I know I should just stay away from it. Sharing this so others can monitor their moods when taking this. The irritability this product caused me isn't worth any other benefits it could possibly provide.

I felt the difference in just what seems overall energy and alertness, and this was the only change to my regimen. As far as what's in the formula, seems like one of the better values for your money. I don't think the flavor rating matters, but I didn't want the score to drop. This bottle did sit around for a year before I tried it, just got lost in the hecticness of life somehow. I forgot I wanted to try it and found the bottle, what a pleasant surprise. Stamina feels better, less fluctuations in mood as well. I’ve been using this for 2 months now, I take it every morning along with Zinc and Amino acids then I hit the gym, it can feel the great difference, energy and strength this product is giving me! I’m now purchasing my 2nd bottle before I run out of the first one, I don’t know about over stimulation as I work out shortly after I take it, I never took it without working out - I highly recommend this product! Specially for gym dudes

Been taking this supplement for a week and I started to feel the results in about 3 days of taking it. My testosterone has “definitely” increased, increased libido, better performance in gym and an improved sleep quality which was something i didnt expect to have but apparently an increase in testosterone leads to a decrease in cortisol which helped with my sleep quality. Very cheap for its quality, wud recommend 10/10 times

I have taking these supplements for over a week now but I don’t see any difference or change. So these could be a placebo that promises great benefits. I think the time will tell! If I feel any difference, I will update my review here.
