The suction power is impressive, and it handles cleaning tasks efficiently. However, it’s a bit heavier for me, considering that it’s a fairly sized vacuum. Overall though, I’m quite pleased with its performance.

It stopped working not reliable

This vacuum is wonderful. It vacuums extremely well, the quality is really great. My only issue is that it's really heavy, so I get tired very easily while using it. Still, it's the best vacuum cleaner I've even owned.

Arrived a day after ordering. My last cleaner was a cordless Dyson and before that a Dyson animal cylinder, in my view battery cleaners are good for in between times but not powerful enough for a deep clean, especially getting into corners and edges. This corded stick is so great, I was about to choose to go back to a corded cylinder and then thankfully I saw this and it’s even better than expected, excellent suction. The video doesn’t show how easy it is to slip off the head and without the need of any attachment you can use the tube which has been cleverly angled and rubber tipped, it works like a crevice tool and gets in around door frames, stairs, skirting and corners it’s so versatile. Easy to empty and the dust container whilst not big is well designed and separates dust and fluff with a cone shaped filter. Really long cord and unlike a cylinder nothing to drag behind you to bump into things, it’s light and to lift the body off and have a hand led with the same nozzle (crevice tool without out the need of an attachment) or pop on an attachment. I read a review which said it doesn’t stand up on its own, this is because it nice and light but all you need to do is press the button on the middle of the pipe and it bends in half now it will stand perfectly with just the touch of a button, or just lay it on the floor no need to try and prop it up whilst you move things around. Bought in April of 2023, £188 at time of purchase Had 2 vax blade cordless vacs which while good had started to lose power, so thought I’d go for a corded model , Chose a shark after reading countless reviews and was interested to see if the anti hair wrap could cope with 2 huge ragdoll cats that leave a ton of hair about the place A year later and with a few slight hiccups I thought I’d leave my thoughts on it. Vac feels ok in the hand , too heavy though for my wife who sticks to her blade vac , Easy to use on/off button with another next to it to alter the speed on the brushes Feels pretty plastic but not too bad and the dirt collector although small is easy to empty and clean with all filters washable (well I wash them!) The moveable arm that you wrap the cord round when storing broke after 6 weeks but I epoxy’d it back on and ok now . Great suction with 2 brushes getting most things up in 1 to 2 passes , anti hair wrap works great and I’ve only had to remove a few strands a couple times , an absolute game changer for me who was constantly cutting out hair from our blade vacs , I’ve had the rollers stop a few times with the wheels at the end of the rollers getting jammed with hair, 10 mins once every 3 months with a paper clip will remove the jam and get it working again, Been having a problem with the power button intermittently not working for the last few months and today it wouldn’t turn off and when unplugging it , yep .. it then wouldn’t turn back on after plugging it back in, got in touch with Amazon first who gave me sharks number and after a video call probably to make sure I wasn’t trying it on they have dispatched a new head unit without a quibble , so top marks for that , there’s a 5 year warranty on corded vacs so plenty of peace of mind , So all in all a good vacuum, works well and any problems are sorted quickly by shark ( in my opinion) Anti hair wrap should be standard on all vacs!! I’ve no hesitation in recommending this vac👍🏼
