Good product, sturdy, well made, attractive with great attachment
Sturdy, well made and attractive. Measurements are as described. Templates included to assist in counter top cutout. Internally sloped so water drains appropriately, no ponding. Great attachments provided. 16 gauge so it does sound tinny.

This is my dream sink
Let’s face it. You want a Kholer Workstation sink, but you don’t want to shell out the money for it. So you found this on Amazon and got enamored by the reviews (and the fact that it is a top-mount sink. Who trusts undermount sinks anyway?) Well, let me tell you. This is the best sink in the whole world. It isn’t a perfect sink, but you would be pressed to find anything like it in this price range. We’ve had this sink for about four months. It came nicely packaged with several accessories. That’s a great place to start, the accessories: Cutting Board: It looked really nice when we got it, but it cracked in a corner about one month in. I didn’t bother telling the seller about it because it works. I’ll likely replace it with a custom board with similar dimensions. The Rolling Rack: We have a dish rack, so we rarely use it. But it works great when we’ve made a big meal and need extra drying space. I can also see it used as a minimal rack for a kitchen. The Kholer sink probably has this sink beat in this area, because you can hide the rack in the sink. Doesn’t matter much when you’re just looking for a sink for function. The sink grates: I hate the way they look. I hate cleaning it. But it’s really nice to have the bottom of your sink look untouched. If you wash your hair in your sink, please take the grates out. Strands of hair can easily coil around the grates. The Install: We had a Plummer install this sink. They looked at it. They looked at everything that came in the box, and they installed it without asking a single question. Great. And I never worry about it falling through my kitchen cabinets because it’s a top mount sink. The kitchen sink comes with a cut-out template for your countertops. We didn’t use it and had the person installing the countertops to measure the actual sink. So I can’t comment on the accuracy of the template. If you’re wondering about cabinets, yes this sink fits in a 36-inch IKEA cabinet. That was my top concern. There were no questions or concerns about fitting when it was dropped it. Again, you need to get the largest cabinet for this sink to work. We also connected a garbage disposal to the sink. This sink has a low depth, so you may want to double check if your drainage pipes are situated correctly. And speaking of depth, this sink is a monster. Pots. Pans. A drink cooler. I could wash a whale in this sink. It’s incredible. But I personally find filling up the sink to be too much water for me, so I have a dish bucket that I fit with water. And guess what? There’s plenty of room for it. This sink makes my kitchen incredible. So far, I’m happy with the durability of the sink, and have no issues with daily use for the last few months.

As beautiful as it is functional
We replaced our deep but divided sink with this about a month ago, and since then, kitchen life has been amazing. To be honest, it was the sheer size as well as the allure of the tools that lock into the track that were the main reasons why we went with this sink, and our expectations have been exceeded. The sink itself is extremely sturdy and well-made, and installation was only complicated by the peculiar design of the mounting clips (they don’t have much play and fitting them into the proper groove was hard with the low accessibility in my under-sink cabinet area). We removed the old sink and found that this new sink fit well into the existing countertop hole (a major miracle if you ask me), and thanks to watching a 45 second video on a major home improvement store website (rhymes with shmome shmepot), I got the tip to install the garbage disposal bracket and new faucet BEFORE we put the sink in place (maybe obvious to someone who installs 10 sinks a week, but a revelation nonetheless). I didn’t end up using the drain assembly (because of having a garbage disposal) which is a shame because the strainer basket design is so aesthetically pleasing. The one piece grid that fits into the bottom of the sink is very well made and has helped to keep the sink clean even when it is half-way full. The folding drying rack is excellent in a pinch when you need more space to air dry veggies or cooking tools, and the stainless steel strainer is massive, and outstanding for washing leafy greens and keeping them far away from dirty water. The crowning glory of the setup is the 1/3 sink-width real wood cutting board, which is honestly too beautiful for me to want to use. I found however that one of my many polymer cutting boards fits nicely on top, and the track design makes it so much easier to prepare veggies without the "balancing act” of placing the cutting board on the corner of the sink (which was my former mode of operation). We also purchased the “colander/shredder” bowl that mounts into another wood square that fits on the track (this item is marketed with another sink made by Ruvati but it worked just fine in our “single track” model). Overall, we are super happy with the sink and it is clearly a cut-above our old sink in quality and design; though installation was hard work (as an admitted novice) it was completely worth it. Plumbing the sink to our drain was easy (I have far more experience in working with drain pipe) and I recommend buying more pipe than you need to allow for installation of the p-trap and then returning the unused pieces.

The sink is high quality
I do love the quality of the sink stainless steel. The "bells and whistles" aka added features are nice too, but there are some things to get used to with this type of sink. First of all the good: nice and deep, the cutting board is awesome. It comes with a drain hole cover that can sit over the opening on its legs and allow the water to drain without needing to worry about dropping anything down the opening. I needed a disposal, so I couldn't use the adorable little sink strainer it came with. The grate for the bottom of the sink is also very nice. The colander, which I was really excited to get with the sink, is a nice feature, but it is actually too bulky. There is not enough room to keep the colander and the cutting board on the ledge provided and still use the sink to wash pots and pans or basically anything. So, I have to move those items to the counter or temporarily store on the cooktop, which I was not expecting. And, it is hopeless to think you could use the drain rack and keep the colander and/or cutting board out too. Thus, you need to have storage options for these accessories. Each is great, but they are taking up more storage room that I had planned on. Now to what I don't like about the sink: first of all, it is a pain to keep clean. I knew it was flat, but I expected some slope to help to drain the water and debris. Nope. Everything, just everything rinsed off of a plate, pot or bowl gets pushed out to the corners of the sink and remains there. I swear my water bill will increase dramatically, because I run it so often trying to wash the debris from, for example, a salad, down the drain. So, in order to clean it, you have to remove all accessories, including the bottom rack, and then you have to scrub because if you don't do this after each use, whether rinsing something easy like a bowl of oatmeal, then a film of whatever you rinsed is left spread out on the bottom of the sink below the elevated grate. And, when I realized that I needed to scrub the sink basically each day, I saw little rust spots along the edge of the base. Small, like the size of a not so sharp pencil. But in order to scrub out the rust spots, I need to use the scouring sponge, the one that you are not supposed to use because it scratches the stainless steel. I also noticed that even though I have not scrubbed the side of the sink (the vertical parts) with the scouring pad, there are scratches showing. I know stainless steel scratches, but this is 16 guage and I expected it to not scratch when a scrubbing brush is used. One with plastic bristles. The other thing is dang, cleaning those corners is tough. It's hard to get the small spots of rust out of those corners. I'm hoping that it doesn't fail or have more rust, because it is an undermount with thick granite, and it is not able to be changed. To sum it up, I really do like the "look" of the sink. It is a big basin with some very sexy features; but in practicality, those features could become a pain because of storage and just cumbersome to have to remove the base grate to clean the sink each day. I even tried pouring boiling water over the grate to see if that would wash away the food debris film, and it didn't. And, I'm a vegetarian, so this isn't even meat waste or fat or grease. But given that I absolutely hated my prior tiny two bowl ceramic sink, I am better off with this one. I'm just hoping that the rust spots are not anything that relates to poor quality stainless steel.

Could not be more satisfied.
I recently renovated my kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. I did a lot of research for an undermount sink that would fit my new counter, looks good and be functional. I was looking for a single bowl as I have a lot of large dishes and pots and a double bowl sink was not a choice. I considered granite sinks and a lot of different brands of stainless steel, but finally decided to go with the Ruvati sink, as I read a lot of good reviews about it. Buying from Amazon was a plus, because if the sink was not anything like advertised, I knew I could return it. When I received the sink, I fell in love with it right away. You could tell the manufacturer cared about its product, as the sink was wrapped in very soft cloth and packaged with a lot of cardboard protection. There was not a scratch or a ding on the sink or the accessories that came with it. The accessories were also wrapped in very soft cloth. The sink itself is very strong and pleasing to the eyes. It is very deep and able to handle the weight of all my large, heavy pots and dishes. It has a slight downward curve toward the sink hole, which nicely drains the water away. The grid covers the whole sink, and is made very nicely with rubber legs that have stayed intact, and unlike the previous sink that I had, have not fallen in the garbage disposal. The vegetable drain dish and a cutting board that actually sit above the sink, securely on a track is great. No more cutting vegetables on the counter and moving it to the sink and washing and straining. It is all done now right above the sink. All in all, if you need a deep, strong and functional sink, you cannot go wrong with buying a Ruvati.

13 months post install, no staining or rust spots, fantastic product
30" under mount Ruvati: Update - I have had the sink installed for 13 months and I LOVE IT. I can't believe the difference it has made from my previous double basin sink. The depth of the sink means I never have an issue getting pans clean without getting water everywhere. Others commentating have reported problems with rust spots appearing in a very short amount of time. I have had no such problems. I don't do anything special re: cleaning, just a soft sponge and Dawn soap. Pre-install comment: Unboxed product 2 months pre-install to inspect wooden accessories as others had complained. Mine were gorgeous and in great shape, nothing worn or misshapen. All expected parts and accessories were included. Other comments indicated there was no gradient to the bottom of the sink to aid drainage despite the product description. I wasn't sure if this comment would hold for the 30" model but, unfortunately, it does. The bottom feels completely flat. I actually do not care about that but others might. Update: The bottom feels flat but 13 months post install and I can say there is zero problem with drainage. It's a gorgeous product and with all the included accessories, I don't think you'll find a better price out there.

Beautiful sink - great functionality
We installed this sink as part of our complete kitchen remodel about 9 months ago. The single, deep basin and sleek look make a huge statement in a high-end kitchen. The quality is just as good, if not better than other sinks in this price range. We ultimately chose Ruvati over other brands like Kraus because the workmanship in the corners looked better. Ruvati also has several videos on Youtube that give you a better look at their products than pictures do. At first we were considering the RVH7400 (or similar) until we stumbled across this model, with the recessed edges for the cutting board and colander. Is it worth $200? I'm not sure. But once we saw it, we had to have it. We have used the cutting board extensively, but never once used the colander. The cutting board already shows signs of significant use, but still functions nicely. The slope of the sink bottom surface is minimal, causing food to accumulate around the edges as with any sink of this type. If you have a faucet with extending head and spray functionality, cleaning the sink is only a minor annoyance and quickly becomes part of the routine. The included bottom grid is key to avoiding scratches on your sink. We have always had the grid in and have no scratches. The sink is quiet with regard to setting and moving dishes around inside it. However, the sink may experience rapid expansion accompanied by a pop or bang when pouring a large pot of boiling water in to strain pasta. This happens with our sink at least 50 percent of the time. It does not appear that this affects the sink in a negative way or cause it to debond from the countertop when undermounted. Be aware, if you attach a garbage disposal to your sink, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to use the awesome Ruvati drain and strainer basket that comes with the sink as garbage disposals typically require a different drain connection. Overall, we are extremely pleased with this sink and happy with he purchase. Even though it was more expensive than others, we don't regret the purchase one bit.

Flimsy product paired with terrible customer service
I have 2 problems with this sink. 1. Corners started rusting with only 1 week of usage. 2. Sink wobbles even with just light touches on the faucet. I contacted Ruvati support and they have been difficult to work with and provided no solution. For the rusting they tried to "convince" me that it came from the environment, which is not completely false but it doesn't explain why my previous 10 years old sink had 0 rust. Within a week after I switched to Ruvanti and it's rusting time! For the wobbling issue the sink is simply to flimsy for the faucet to be mounted on, but Ruvati support blames it on everything else. Bad sink installation, bad faucet hardware, bad faucet installation, and my faucet may be too heavy. Geez...it's none of these, everything is installed correctly and it's a standard pull down faucet that weights 6 lbs. Ultimately Ruvati's solution is to install face cover from the faucet to secure it. Which defects the purpose of getting this single faucet hole sink that costs $450+. Very bad services!

.
Almost identical to one in a local Bath/Kitche store. The one ordered is wayyy less money, and equal in quality, and 'better' accompaniments. Lucky my husband found it on Amazon. Amazing. Delighted.

Don't buy
Rust appears in the first use. No matter how hard one tries, remnant won't go to the collector. Has to use the hand to do it. Once remnant in the small basket, is hard to disposed into garbage bin. Again has to resort to use the hand to clean the basket. Nice looking sink but not practical. Very poor design.

Disappointed
It’s a great size of sink, but it’s not easy to clean up. After few uses, it has got some scratches and stains. There is no one point out these points on the review. I wished never purchased this sink.
