Viva Naturals Vitamin B12 and D3 - for Men and Women…

I dont do reviews but I must do it for this product .. I will begin by saying that i was very skeptical about using this product and how it could help me... then again aren't we all?!?! I've only been using it for almost a month, but can honestly say I've noticed a difference so far. I suffer from bad acid reflux , of which I take medication for and sometimes that doesn't help much. That being said, my acid reflux has decreased tremendously. In addition to this just overall stomach issues as you get older of which since I've been taking these I've noticed changes as well (for the better). While non of my family members know I'm taking this, they've noticed changes on my weight mainly on my abdomen area. Is it wishful thinking ...maybe but only time will tell and I will be sure to do an updated review. As for the flavor I honestly like the taste ! Sweet,but at the same time you tastes that lil bit of vinegar of which I don't mind at all ! For the changes that I've been able to see thus far and the cost, I give it a 5/5 stars. Again as I said I'll be sure to do a follow up in a couple of months!

Ok... I was skeptical from reading all the reviews but I got this on sale so I figured "why not?". I have some trouble staying regular on #2 (sorry/not) and I also wanted to see if something could help me out with a couple #'s. Well taking one of these a day did something because I'm less bloated and less (geesus can't believe I'll post this but..) gassy. Also... the "quality" of my #2 is "extensive". Listen, I was looking for a product that did something good for me and this did it. I'm sure someone else needs to read this comment to jump in. I'm very happy with this product and I HIGHLY recommend it. Very good taste too, extremely light ACV taste - hardly noticeable like pure/straight ACV. - GET IT, DON't WAIT. Hope this helped someone.

I just finished an entire bottle. I took 2 a day (suggested serving) and then a few days I took took 3 (an extra). I took them no missed days. I ate normally. I didn't feel fuller between meals (I actually gained 2lbs this month) so this really won't work with appetite suppression if you're looking into Apple Cider Vinegar for weight loss. This is just ACV with no added weight loss aids that help push that metabolism. Digestion... I was pretty regular before, so I can't say much. It's the same. I get a lot of heart burn. I think it helped with heartburn. I didn't have an extreme case of heart burn or acid reflux during this period. I felt something very mild with my reflux but it was barely present so I think it kept it at bay. These are super sweet and I love sweets. I think that's why it kept me regular at taking them... because it was like a sweet gummy treat for me.

I was given omeprazole to combat GERD/REFLUX and was on it for an extremely long time (15 years)...way too long. I was looking for an alternative and my research showed promise in taking ACV. I did that but found it difficult to get into a routine every day, taking the liquid "concoction". These ACV gummies are easy to chew and rather tasty to boot! Not all ACV gummies have "The Mother" in their formula so this was one of my interests in this product. Over the course of taking ACV gummies for the past 3 years, I find these gummies to be better in texture, taste, and quality than many other brands I've tried.

I wonder why nobody thought of this before. Getting my daily dosage of Apple Cider Vinegar in a gummy form is fantastic! The taste is great, you get a bit of the Vinegar taste, but it is diluted and very easy to swallow. This is excellent for travel, can pack up the dosage with my other pills and fits right in the luggage. the concept is so simple and unique, no more getting a glass and diluting the vinegar with water, just take a couple pills. My digestion system is thankful and the antioxidant helps my overall health. Highly recommend for anybody who takes Apple Cider Vinegar regularly.

Okay, so the flavor of these is great, they work well, and are affordable. My issue is they stick to my teeth. I never had a supplement gummy do that before and I take several. I wish they didn't stick because I'd stay with them, but I take my meds and supplements at night before bed, after my shower and daily evening regimen. 9/10 times I have to head back to the bathroom to rebrush my teeth before going to bed. I've had this habit for years and going back to my old ACV gummies will ensure I can stick to it.

These taste wonderful, but more importantly I believe they help with inflammation and maybe other things. I’m taking these along with some organic tart cherry gummies for my chronic pain. I have fibromyalgia and MS along with several other issues. I can definitely tell a difference in my general all over body aches. I believe it is something that you need to be on for at least maybe a week or so before you notice a difference so don’t judge in the first few days. I like it enough that I make sure to order more before I run out!

The apple cider vinegar gummy is good so far. I haven't taken it long enough to comment on stomach upset as I've had with other brands. It's pleasant tasting. It's gummy texture is better than swallowing a capsule of drinking a shot of vinegar. I would recommend you try. I think the price is comparable to others but I wish they were priced less because it can get expensive for a monthly dose when added to other supplements. Quick arrival, and packaged well.
