The doll is made of good quality material
The Doll is quite beautiful and fit clothing size 4t, and shoe size can be 7 or 8 toddler

Beautiful but no shoes as illustrated
The doll is pretty but for the price is it really incredible that comes without shoes. The hands are in a weird position also. Overall the quality and appearance is fine.

Bad service
Until they change their way of packing their reborn dolls, I won't be buying one. I have bought one and had to get a replacement for that one and now I am sending the second one back also. The arms and legs don't want to work right. The doll is not packed properly, and it gets shifted around in the box too much when it is being shipped to the buyer. It is a beautiful doll, and I would love to own one, but I would like for it to be in working condition. But they do need to change the way they pack them, so they won't be all messed up when you get it.

I love this doll but she has cardboard on the top of her head and I can feel a big hole under it . I feel I spend all this money I would like a full head doll
